We use your data to deliver and improve our services:

  • Service Delivery: Analyzing CVs using AI technologies (Google Gemini) to provide scores and suggestions.
  • Model Improvement: We may use aggregated and anonymized data from CVs to train and refine our proprietary evaluation algorithms.
  • Communication: Sending service updates, billing notifications, and responding to your enquiries.

4. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers essential for operating the platform:

  • Google (Gemini API): For text processing and AI-driven CV analysis.
  • Supabase: For secure database hosting and file storage.
  • Lemon Squeezy: For processing payments and subscriptions.
  • PostHog: For analyzing user behavior and improving the platform interface.

5. Data Storage & Retention

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data from our active databases, though we may retain limited backups or anonymized data for legal and technical compliance.

Do you read the content of my CVs?

We do not perform "human" reviews of your CV unless specifically requested for technical support. Processing is automated through our algorithms and Google Gemini models.

Is my personal data sold to third parties?

Absolutely not. Our business model is based on subscriptions, not on selling user data or advertisements.

Where is my data stored geographically?

We use a global cloud infrastructure (via Supabase) located in secure data centers, typically in the US or Europe, to ensure the highest levels of performance and security.

How can I delete all my data from the platform?

You can request permanent account deletion via account settings or by contacting us. This will wipe all CVs and associated information linked to you.

Do you use my data to train AI?

We use aggregated and anonymized data (without your name or contact info) to improve the accuracy of our scoring algorithms, ensuring we provide the best results for users in the MENA region.
