Our Ownership: Jāhiz owns all rights related to the Platform, including designs, code, scoring algorithms, and AI methodologies.
Your Ownership: You own the content you provide (e.g., your CV). However, by using the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your content to process your requests and improve our services and AI models (on an anonymized basis).

Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees paid are non-refundable except in specific cases determined by our support team or required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jāhiz shall not be liable for any indirect damages, loss of profits, or lost job opportunities resulting from your use of the Platform. In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the last 12 months.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The courts of Amman shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
Yes, the textual content and information in your CV belong entirely to you. We provide the tools and technology to improve and format it.
Our algorithms are designed based on recruitment best practices, but they remain an assistive tool. You should always review the results and ensure they accurately reflect your real experiences.
Yes, you can cancel auto-renewal at any time via account settings. You will continue to enjoy Pro features until the end of the current billing period.
No tool can guarantee employment, as it depends on the job market and employer decisions. We only guarantee to provide you with the best possible tools to increase your chances of passing ATS filters and catching recruiter attention.
The Free plan lets you try the tools with monthly limits, while the Pro plan unlocks unlimited features such as AI rewriting, CV analysis based on a specific job description, and PDF downloads without watermarks.
